Xiaomi Redmi Note 10: Specification and Review

So let’s start with Redmi Note 10

Glancing at the box is different, it’s totally mesmerizing it comes in a black lustrous box making it look very unique in itself. As we open the box, we get the phone, a SIM ejector tool, case with darker tint as usually Redmi phones get, a USB cable with 30-watt fast charger. As you read the spec sheet there are three things to stick out for. A massive 5260 MH battery which is approximately 20% larger than usual phones, that is generally smartphones come with the maximum battery of 5000 MAH battery. A special mention here, Samsung has recently launched Samsung monster series with the phone that comes 6000 MAH battery other than that no other phone features battery above 5000 Mah Battery.

Redmi Note 10 possesses a battery larger than regular. It has a 5 camera setup on the back, what is more impressive is that it has a 108 MP camera. Coming to the looks of the phone, when we hold the phone in a hand it is quite heavy, it has Gorilla Glass and has a curved display. When will look to the structure of the phone it is quite similar to Huawei P30 Pro, a similar size of 6.47-inch display, it has similar button placement, it has the exact same waterdrop “notch” display as that of Huawei P30 Pro. The only difference is that Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 10, has a headphone jack. Other than that everything is similar to Huawei P30 Pro.

The display of the Xiaomi redmi note 10 comes with a 1080p display. The camera setup is not good. While holding the phone in hand, the fingers stick to the camera. So, I could say the orientation of the camera is not proper. Blocking it and indirectly leaving smudge marks on it the phone camera.

What is the need for two telephoto lenses?

The need for two telephoto lenses is that it gives a sharp and detailed picture. So that even after zooming it very much, the clarity of the image remains the same. The camera captures good bokeh photos. It has a good depth effect and the details are quite sharp, the photos have an DSLR effect. The camera captures high-quality videos. It has high-grade great portrait shoots. The Redmi Note 10 takes incredible night shoots which look more natural and more astonishing as compared with the camera with Samsung Galaxy 10+. Now let’s see the flaws of the phone

  • Redmi Note 10 has a single bottom speaker which makes the audio quality a bit lower than the usual.
  • The vibrators are average which does not give good quality vibrations.
  • The performance is not the best because it has Snapdragon 730 G. We could have expected something bigger from this phone.
  • The phone comes only with 6gb ram and 128 GB ROM.
  • It does not have an extra slot for micro SD card.
  • Now the phone is not slow but hangs now and then making a bit slower.
  • The camera has high processing time after taking photos.

What all could be added?

There is no official IP ratings, it does not come with wireless charger. So lastly we could conclude that the phone is good with the camera and fewer specs and it is not a well-rounded phone.
