Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro Review: Is it worth buying?

Today will be looking into the phone Redmi K20 Pro. So basically Redmi K20 Pro picks up where POCO F1 left. POCO F1 was also rated a good flagship phone. Considering the specs of Redmi K20 Pro, it is also a complete all-round flagship phone. Looking into other MI phones by Xiaomi, Mi 90 and Redmi K20 Pro are similar. Redmi k20 Pro has Snapdragon 855 processor whereas Redmi K20 is Mi 90 has Snapdragon 730 processor.

Redmi K20 Pro is a pretty unique looking phone, it has metal and glass finish on the back which gives it a very glossy look.

  • Full-screen display with thin bezels.

  • 4000 mAH battery.
  • Snapdragon 855
  • It’s just missing the water-resistance and wireless charging which makes it a little less than a flagship phone.

Coming to the Display:

The display of the phone is 6.4 inches, with a 1080p AMOLED display with no notch that has thin bezels and pretty good height. The display is visible outdoors and with fairly decent brightness. The fingerprint sensor senses late creating a bit of a delay. It is positioned conveniently to the thumb.

What all joins with the pop-up selfie camera? How good is the pop-up selfie? Are both the cameras good?

The pop-up selfie camera of Redmi K20 Pro with a 20MP camera. The pop-up selfie camera comes with an automatic free-fall detection, that is when you clicking a selfie and if you drop it accidentally. It closes automatically by detecting the free fall preventing it from getting damaged. It also has an inbuilt LED light. That blinks each time a notification comes up. How are the photos taken by the selfie camera? The photos by selfie camera is not good, but not bad also. They are average.

Moving on to the rear camera, The rear camera has 3 camera structures positioned exactly in the middle. 48MP+8MP+13MP is the camera composition. The main sensor in the primary camera is Sony amx586. The pictures clicked with rear cameras are good. Image quality is not bad.

Other good features:

It has a search bar at the bottom in the app launcher for easy search.

  • It is a very clean brightness slider.
  • The phone is fast but not smooth.
  • It comes with a fast charger.
  • The charging animation is superb.

What makes it less than a flagship phone?

The vibrator and single speaker The vibrator is of not that good quality and since it is a mono speaker it is very easy to block the audio. That’s it. The Redmi K20 Pro is available for 27,999 Rupees on Flipkart and starting from 27,978 Rupees on Amazon.
